Don't judge too hard until you read the WHOLE title. ;) Searching for this was interesting because I might've typed in the wrong sexual term. Oh my mistake. Yikes. This is done by a man, so the fact he made the title sexual isn't surprising. ;) It's a catalog of typography. Which is something I absolutely love, so I bought this book for inspiration!

Ideas. 03/14/2012
 
I have a MILLION ideas. Like for real. Keep checking back; I have decided to do something with the little daisy print. I designed it as a 5x7 so I'm planning on selling it as 5x7 but I need to see if the quality was good enough to offer it in larger sizes. Might take a bit of time. I'll be using my other etsy for that, but I'll let you know when it's up! I have a few things, so it will take me just a little bit to get that organized.

NEWEST PROJECT:
I am the owner of some very soft, dove gray sheets.... the other day I came into my bedroom and they were just boring, so I whipped out some slightly neon peachy/orange yarn, got a yarn needle and started making small loops across the top. I am so happy with it. My boring sheets went from looking plain and cheap (even though they weren't) to unique and specialty! I am very happy. If my camera was working I would snap a picture right now, but I will when the dumb beast finishes charging up. Which means I have to again locate said charger. My husband put it somewhere and I can't find it!

OTHER PROJECT:
I make garland and have missed making them. Basically, I am capable of creating a lot of different things. More than just jewelry and so I've decided to use my other etsy for little home decor things that I make. Garland being one. Christmas ornaments. My newest idea is painting ceramics. I am proud of my little arsty/cutesy graphics and was inspired by Donne Wilson. My graphics aren't like hers, but her things are so fun and I can picture some of my work on dinner plates, etc.

So as you can see my head is about to explode with all these ideas.
My number one priority right now, though, is finishing up my packaging for my jewelry. Ordered some new little boxes and ribbon. Just need to get some lazer transfers for tags n' things. Almost there. The finished look needs to be photographed, too.

Anyway- hope everyone is having a lovely week. The weather here in Michigan is nothing short of glorious! This winter has been a cake walk compared to last winter. *cringe* Worst one ever.

I make my own prints.... these were actually kind of a random thing for me. I typically just tinker with fonts and things, but I just started drawing kid art looking daisies.
I'm contemplating throwing this up for sale on etsy.

I'm definitely no saint, and I can't say "I do all things with love", frankly people tick me off on a regular basis, my temper spikes, I think un-loving thoughts.... but..... these are some words to live by, if ya can. ;) I do make my jewelry with love. So that's something, right? ;)

I'm kind of picky, so when it comes to cards of any kind I like to make my own. Two of my very good friends are graduating college! So I decided to make them little cards to go with their little gifties I'm giving them.
